The level of inventories influences significantly the efficiency of enterprising and from this reason it is necessary to devote management inventories in the enterprise corresponding attention. The authors deal with management inventories in the enterprise which purchases wooden products, first of all woodsplinter sheets, doors, windows, mounting etc. and supplies them from own warehouse to the building firms and private persons too.
