Effective interpersonal communication

Effective interpersonal communication is fundamental process. Accurate interpersonal communication between people takes place only if the idea, facts, opinions, attitudes or feelings that the sender intended to transmit are the same those understood and interpreted by the receiver. Personal feedback used by managers help personnel and managers to look at their behavior. An interpersonal communication network, the communication style aids managers to implement the objectives of the organizations.
