The contribution offers analysis of the position of the graduates from the University of South Bohemia, the Faculty of Agriculture, in labour market. The situation is analyzed from the viewpoint of possible difficulties in finding a job, and opportunities in particular professional spheres. The study attempts to answer the question of possible unemployment risks connected with particular study programs, and problems of the occurrence of sexism. Statistical analysis involved the graduates from the Faculty of Agriculture, University of South Bohemia, from the years 1995 - 1997. Czech market has not been overcrowded and another increase of the sale of coffee is supposed. In the year 1998 following firms had the leading position at the market: Kraft Jacobs Suchard, Tchibo and Douwe Egberts. This article pays attention to the research of the market with coffee in the chosen shops. Labour costs are the total costs of employers which are expended to remunerate work of their employees, to recruit and train and ensure social needs of their employee. Labour costs and the level of the wage are ones of the monitoring indicators of the process of enlargement the Czech Republic to the European Union. The learn of co-workers at the University of South Bohemia was engaged in a project titled ,,The Placement of the South Bohemian University Graduates" in 1998. The project falls under the grant of the Fund of the Development of Higher Education Institutions no, 0426/1998.
