Generating of random numbers with required probability distribution on Maple

There are distribution functions, mean value and variance of the uniform and the triangular distributions derived in this paper. The article deals with the procedure how to get the random values above mentioned distributions from pseudo-random numbers by the inverse transformation method. The MAPLE procedures are created on the base of these relationships. The procedures are described in this paper, too.

The tourism industry is nowadays afflicted by huge changes in customer behaviors according to their lifestyle and also by political and economical conflicts in some destinations. Because of the amount of these factors we will concern us in this paper only on the lifestyle trends. New lifestyle trends at the beginning of the third millennium require also new approaches to customers in tourism services. Pretensions to the service quality are increasing rapidly and the way of providing services and their content are changing, too.

There is a very actual question for many firms and their managers becoming more and more important: "Which kind of customers have we got?" The article deals with results of marketing research concerning how the consumers perceive trademarks of breweries in Č. Budějovice. Municipal brewery, stock company, has important position on the beer market in South Bohemia region and is interested in consumers preferences in long-term period. For the names of products uses name Budweiser. There are long-term disputes connected with this name. We wanted to find out how the consumers understand this name and if it is true, that some companies say that under this name the consumers imagine only their product.

Solution of decision problems in firm management with their exact determination

The standard method of definition of resolutioned problems is outputs of summary analysis. In the article there are tested and compared the positions of two engineering enterprises. Organizations were assessed with the help of SWOT analysis, showing their internal and external entrepreneurial position; further the analysis of Critical Success Factors (CSF) was used. Its conception is based on recommendation to aim at the items, having basic importance and are decisive for the firm's prosperity.

In article is performed analysis of product structure of agricultural firm with using of method of carbon balance. Whereby this method is calculated variant of product structure for contemporary production of cereals on the level 5280 ton of com. Due high quantity of growing oil plants and legumes was needed to rise intensity of growing of perennial fodder on arable land and permanent grassland (rising of yield about 36-62 percentage).
