The status of manager in the process of the remuneration management

The process of enlargement of the Czech Republic to the European Union is very important but very difficult for the Czech enterprises. It is necessary for the Czech enterprises to be comparable in outcome to the European common market and so to be competitive. Management development of the managers is designed to improve the overall effectiveness of managers in their present positions and to prepare them for greater responsibility for making their decisions.
