The labour market demands for qualification of personnel-staff to comply with the needs of firms. This is a disproportion between the market demand for qualified workforce and the low rate of changes in the system of education. It is the problem that has to be solved promptly, especially - in the further managers' education. In present times it is necessary to be known the demands of the manager positions. The job specification, personnel and management audit, appreciate and management development are essential need activities for managing managers.
