Value management in the evaluation of the ecological projects and their realization

The aim of the article is to describe and to evaluate the exploitation of the outsourcing in the range of the ecological projects of Jihočeská energetika, Joint Stock Company. The method of value management was used to assess the efficiency of suggested solutions, aimed at reaching the increase of competitive ability of the firms. It is specific type of management of innovations.
