Quality management - the culture and climate

The effectiveness and success of an organization are not determined solely by the abilities and motivations of employees and managers. Nor are they measured by how well groups of people can work together, although both individual and group processes are critical to organizational success. The organization itself has an invisible quality, a certain style, a character and itself way how to get own organizational culture and climate. There are necessary for work environment and so to aim of organization's goals by managing human potential.
