The study presents the main conclusions of the analysis of professional prospects in labour market of graduates acc. of faculties of the University of South Bohemia in Ceske Budejovice in the years 1998-2001. The results of research inform us about actual stay of graduates, about difficulties with search of employment, about evidence on the Employment Service Agency, about ways of finding the employment of graduates, about employment in national economy and type of institution, where are they employed.
