Measurement of shopping centre image: young generation evaluation criteria

The article deals with one of the main questions concerning retail store image investigation - identification of relevant store-evaluation criteria. It tries to solve this problem for shopping centres that are new retail formats in Slovak Republic. The paper is based on research studies, which were realized from 2001 to 2004 by Faculty of Commerce University of Economics in Bratislava. The aim of this article is to find out salient evaluative criteria, and an actual shift of their importance
