Solution of detailed mapping and following complex evaluation of activities of a university teacher is a part of a difficult issue of solution to work evaluation in non-for-profit organizations. This problem is subject to the GACR grant project No. 402/03/1341, which is in the mean time simultaneously dealt with at two university workplaces - the University of Economics and the University of South Bohemia. The aim of this paper is to inform the public on a solution to the problem of the parameter of location estimate of the time engagement of a university teacher-scientist between particular activities. The sample used to estimate the above-mentioned parameter resulted from aggregation of results of the preliminary and the principle questionnaire investigations that were conducted by the grant participants at both university workplaces during the year 2003.
