UPLATNĚNÍ NETRADIČNÍCH DRUHŮ ZELENINY NA TRHU

V poslední době se na pulty našich obchodů dostává stále více druhů salátu, které jsou na našem trhu neznámé. Zatímco tyto saláty jsou v zahraničí běžné a oblíbené, u nás jsou stále zařazovány do kategorie méně známých druhů zeleniny. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsou tyto druhy k nám většinou dováženy odpovídá tomu i jejich cena. Přesto je možné některé z nich pěstovat bez vážných překážek také u nás. To je velkou šancí pro menší pěstitele, kteří mohou mít s tradičním sortimentem velké obtíže obstát v konkurenci dovozu a produkce velkých podniků.

Exercise of the unconventional sorts of vegetables in the market

More and more kinds of lettuces have been appeared in the shops in recent days. Whilst these types are widely known and popular in foreign countries, the Czechs still regard them as a rather unusual vegetable. By the same token, their pricing corresponds to the fact that most of these types have been imported into the Czech Republic, although some species can be easily planted in our country. That's a great chance for smaller domestic growers who commonly face the tremendous pressure caused by large wholesalers.
