APLIKACE PRINCIPU TAHU V ŘÍZENÍ VÝROBY V PRŮMYSLOVÝCH PODNICÍCH

Příspěvek se zabývá aplikací principu tahu v řízení výroby a logistiky a vybranými nástroji používanými ve zkoumané společnosti. Princip tahu lze obecně chápat jako systém napojený přímo na požadavky zákazníka, kterým se firma musí přizpůsobovat a pružně na ně reagovat. Rychlost reakce na tyto požadavky je v současné době velice významným konkurenčním faktorem. Nutným předpokladem fungování celého systému jsou tomu uzpůsobené výrobní a logistické procesy.

The application of pull princip in operation management of enterprises

The article is dealing with the Pull Princip as a means of production and logistics management and selected tools used in a given company. The Pull Princip is to be considered as a system directly connected to customer's requirements, which must be addressed and flexibly addressed by the company. The speed of response to customer's requirements is currently a very significant competitive factor. The necessary presumptions for the functioning of the whole system are adjusted manufacturing and logistical processes.
