The questions of quota from the view of EU

European Union does not fully respect free trade principles in its foreign trade policy. As an alternative approach the idea of common market has been chosen. The common market is under unified regulation and joint protection and import rules are followed. One of the non-tariff barriers to trade used in the EU is a quantitative restriction of supply. This means regulation of domestic production and internal market protection against (cheaper) imports.

Agriculture particularly aimed at the conservation landscape and its components; activities and expected future. It must hold out in its functions: production, ecological social, political in some case aesthetic. Hereto it needs a support, outgoing extraneous - dotation. However any unilateral view of dotation problems and their valuation can lead to distortion, mistaken calculation and decision. The contribution is devoted to the chosen areas coming from complex working problems namely external influence to: the position of branch among others, donator status and goings, tax and accounting legislature.

Analysis of small and middle size enterprises approaches to suppliers

This paper is focused on problems of small and middle size enterprises with suppliers and especially with vendors rating. Paper is based on research in 157 small and middle size enterprises, which was concerned on supply chain and logistic metrics. More than 66 % of respondents cooperated with 10 or less key suppliers, which are annually confronted with offers of competitive enterprises. The three most important indicators using for vendors rating are price of deliveries, quality and suppliers responsibility.

Coaching methods in service-providing small and medium-sized enterprises

The services providing firms creates a 60-per-cent share of gross domestic product in the Czech Republic and the majority of these enterprises are of the size of small and medium-sized. The owners are very often the only one person in the top management of the firm and they do not have a sparing partner inside the own company do discuss strategic aims and decisions. This paper deals with the theme how to coach a firm on the size level of SME. Coaching instead of consulting can bring a better and quicker improvement in the development progress in a firm.

The article is dealing with the Pull Princip as a means of production and logistics management and selected tools used in a given company. The Pull Princip is to be considered as a system directly connected to customer's requirements, which must be addressed and flexibly addressed by the company. The speed of response to customer's requirements is currently a very significant competitive factor. The necessary presumptions for the functioning of the whole system are adjusted manufacturing and logistical processes.
