ŠTÍHLÁ VÝROBA A RYCHLÉ PŘESEŘÍZENÍ

Hromadná výroba průmyslových výrobků umožňuje podstatné zvýšení produktivity práce a snížení nákladů oproti jiným způsobům výroby. Přesto zde existují rezervy. Článek analyzuje výrobu sacího potrubí a sacího modulu ve firmě Robert Bosch, s. r. o. v Českých Budějovicích a ukazuje na rezervy spočívající ve zkrácení časů na přeseřízení strojů v lince pro novou výrobní dávku. Původně tato operace trvala 81,1 minut, ale změnou pracovního postupu se ji podařilo zkrátit na 14,5 minut. Přispěla k tomu i změna organizace práce ve výrobních buňkách. Časová úspora činí v průměru 20,7 % času směny.

Lean manufacturing and quick changeover

Mass industrial production makes possible significantly to increase productivity of labour and to reduce costs compared to other production systems. In spite of this there are reserves for improvement. The article analyses the production of suction tube and suction modules at the firm Robert Bosch, České Budějovice and highlights reserves consisting in the speed-up of changeover times in assembly lines for a new production batch. By change of the routing it was possible to reduce the original operation time of 81,1 min down to 14,5 min. This result was achieved due to new work organization within manufacturing cells. Time saving makes in average 20,7 % of the shift time.
