UPLATNĚNÍ ABSOLVENTŮ ZEMĚDĚLSKÉ FAKULTY JIHOČESKÉ UNIVERZITY NA TRHU PRÁCE

V příspěvku jsou uvedeny hlavní závěry analýzy uplatnění absolventů Zemědělské fakulty Jihočeské univerzity v Českých Budějovicích z let 2002-2006 na trhu práce. Výsledky výzkumu, jehož primární data byla získána dotazníkovou metodou, informují o přechodu absolventů zemědělských a ekonomických oborů ze školy do praxe, o spokojenosti s aktuálním pracovním stavem a o názorech absolventů na kvalitu vzdělávání na Zemědělské fakultě. Závěry šetření, které potvrzují pozitivní trend v uplatnění absolventů na trhu práce, jsou pro management fakulty významnými ukazateli z hlediska hodnocení kvality vzdělávacího procesu a měly by být základem rozhodovacích procesů a predikcí týkajících se formy a obsahu studia.

Achievement in labour market of the graduates of faculty of agriculture of the University of South Bohemia
The contribution presents the main conclusions of the analysis of professional prospects of the graduates of Faculty of Agriculture of The University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. The objective of this research has been to find out how graduates, who finished their studies between years 2002-2006, were of use at the labour market, how are graduates satisfied with their topical employment and how they evaluate quality of education at the faculty. The data were obtained through a questionnaire method and its analysis yielded an overall positive trend in the achievement of the graduates in labour market. These results are important indicators in term of the quality assurance of educational provision and it is possible to consider the results as the base in determining decision-making processes regarding the form and the content of the studies.
