The process of enlargement the Czech republic to the European is continued. This article is focusing on the firm competitiveness of the agricultural sector and the different elements of the human resources management and personnel management at the firm level. Managers are responsible for the process of the increasing management quality and strategic personnel activities planning and managing. Managers manage personnel in situations of taking decisions and applying the principles of management for going to the prosperity, for increasing productivity and competitiveness on the globalization area.
