VLIV SÍLY PODNIKOVÉ KULTURY NA SUBKULTURY A FIREMNÍ VÝKONNOST

Článek se zabývá problematikou síly podnikové kultury a jejímu vztahu k subkulturám v organizaci. Cílem výzkumu bylo určení síly kultury ve vybraném potravinářském podniku a stručný popis jeho subkultur. V rámci diskuse byly shrnuty vazby mezi silou podnikové kultury a výkonností organizace a jejich využití v praxi.

Influence of corporate culture strength to subcultures and organizational performance
The article deals with corporate culture strength and its reference to cubcultures in an organization. The aim of research was to specify corporate culture strength in chosen grocery company and short description of its cubcultures. Within the discussion we summary relationship between corporate culture strength and organization performance and its utilize to praxis.
